Network Administration - to ensure your IT is firing on all cylinders

As part of our Care+ plan, Internos acts as your dedicated network administrator. One of our senior engineers makes sure your tech is configured to best practices, properly set up and performing as it is supposed to. Performance is documented through a checklist in the quarterly or yearly review and includes both performance monitoring and best practices analysis and implementation.

Proactive 24/7 monitoring so you can sleep soundly

Have an IT problem? Yes, you did actually. You just didn’t know about it because we already fixed it. That’s what our proactive technology management does for you.

We have software in place to alert us about potential problems. We monitor 24/7, and the software is intelligent enough to remediate automatically. Our goal is more than just monitoring – our culture is to anticipate. For example, we can detect any missing equipment, or set up proactive measures in the case of a terminated or departing employee. As a bonus, this service includes Endpoint Protect Antivirus software (a la carte included) and patch management, which updates software to prevent security problems.
